Upon booking, you will get a text saying thank you for booking as well as a confirmation text 2 days prior to your appointment. Throughout the transaction you will receive multiple texts/emails with the status of your vehicle from “we have your vehicle” to “your vehicle is ready to be picked up!”
Aside from our technology, we have also added systems designed to make sure your experience is second to none. When you drop off your vehicle, we will review any specific concerns that you may have and want addressed. Upon completion, we will walk out and review your vehicle with you.
